About the Festival
Floating Man Festival is an annual celebration of art, music and radical creativity held on the banks of the Danube River at ARK Liberland Village in Apatin, Serbia. Now in its third edition, the festival brings together painters, sculptors, digital artists, musicians, speakers and free thinkers from over 40 countries for seven days of immersive programming.
The festival is defined by its unique setting on the Danube — bordering Liberland territory — and its flagship Floating Gallery, a curated boat exhibition that travels the river each afternoon. Programming spans morning workshops, afternoon speaker sessions and evening performances across a riverside stage.
